Try to be creative with this portion of your character. I see a lot of people putting simple things like fire or water or darkness in their elemental influence slot and it gets boring. Also, if you’re going to give your senshi multiple elements, make them complimentary and stick with no more than two. You’re just asking to be called out as a Mary-Sue otherwise.

Now that you have a name and an elemental basis for your character, let’s work on the transformation phrase. We’re all familiar with the ones from the series. The best resource for that (to my knowledge) is here: The oracle. A senshi team should have similar henshin phrases. The format generally goes:
(senshi's name) (word) power, make up!
The options for these phrases are virtually limitless. Here are come options you could consider:
spirit, soul, element, star, creation, galactic, planet, moon, cosmic, crystyal, eternal, crisis, constellation, angelic, dark, prism, music, harmony, freezing, rainbow
The flashy stuff:
This is another problem area for a lot of creators. We're familiar with how the senshi transform in the anime and from the live action PGSM series. It's always some way out there flashy stock animation; however, in the maga, it's an instantaneous process. You can go either way, really. You could always create some elaborate sequence with swirling ribbons, butterflies, lightning, or what have you, or you could just do it manga style. I've used both styles myself. Example:
Sailorma'at's elemental influence is justice and her henshin phrase is Ma'at Justice Power, Make Up!
Henshin Sequence: Nothing really fancy. She holds the pin out in front of her a light comes off it, surrounding her in a column. It collapses in on her and forms her fuku. The light vanishes in a flurry of feathers and SailorMa’at appears.
