There are a few different types of accessories that you see: henshin item, weapon, communicator, and disguise item. Some people opt out of henshin items and not all senshi have all, or even most of those items.

Weapons are a growing trend in the otaku world. Given how many of them there are in the series, that's unsurprising. In Sailormoon, the wand or scepter are the most popular weapon types, as she has at least five different ones as the show progresses. There are many options if you choose to have a weapon for your chracter including, but not limited to:
dagger, sword, staff, scepter, spear, glaive, whip,bell, chain, boomerang, musical instrument, ball, ribbon, gymnastic ribbon, ran, hairpins, frisbee, microphone, whistle, tennis racket, chakram, playing cards, chess pieces, darts, metal balls, nunchaku, sai, lasso, bow and arrow, ball, hammer, mace

If you are using a weapon, please have it make sense. If your character is strong, then a weapon that needs strength to use is good, but a weak character shouldn't bee seen with a heavy war hammer, but with something smaller and lighter if anything. Also, keep it consistant wtih their personality and element.
